My career took off in the aerospace industry, where I experienced the transformative power of lean principles in boosting efficiency at our manufacturing facility. The success of that endeavor inspired us to apply lean transformation to our office environment. However, we encountered a challenge when traditional lean practices relying on physical artifacts didn’t fit the digital age of office work.
To overcome this, I founded CyberMedics with a vision to create software that seamlessly blends traditional lean principles with the modern digital workplace. Our mission is to assist teams in understanding their work, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing custom software that adapts as swiftly as their environment does.

CyberMedics also has a thoughtful way of building solutions. We build what works for the users, instead of forcing users to change their processes to fit an out-of-the-box software.
As someone who has been forced to use OOB, I believe this is of great value to our clients and appreciate the approach. At CyberMedics you also are responsible for your projects from beginning to end. You are able to build a solution you’re proud of, without losing control over the output/end product. You are also able to see the client’s happiness at a solution, which makes all the bugs worth it! This doesn’t even touch on the work-life balance, where we practice what we preach.
